VOS-Cycle Gladiator 2009 training camp day 3

We gathered at our usual time and rallied the troops to start out for a long day in the saddle ( 100 plus miles ) with 6000 of climbing.

Today was special as we rode out to our sponsor Hahn Estates/ Cycles Gladiator to pay a visit.

We had 24 rider so it was a good tempo out to the winery off of river road some 50 miles away. After some quick photos and food we split up into two group 14 going back and 10 pushing forward down the road to finish the second half of the ride.

Once we reached the back side of Carmel valley then it was 7 miles of rolling hills and 3 miles of climbing.

After the ride we cleaned up headed over to a teammates house for some BBQ and shoe fitting to cap off the day.
